How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

Yes, we offer international shipping via reputable courier services.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online card payments via visa and mastercard only. Cash on delivery (COD) and bank deposit/transfer are not available for website orders. Full payment must be made online.
What is your exchange policy ?
All our outfits are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges, however if the product is defective or incorrect etc. Please contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours of delivery for resolution. If approved, the customer will be responsible for returning the outfit to us.
How can I cancel my order ?
Orders cannot be canceled after the confirmation email is sent. Cancellation requests cannot be entertained once the order is processed.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we don't currently have a physical store, but our studio is coming soon. We don't have any stockists or resellers.

All items are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange, including sale items. We have a no-refund policy.
Are the outfits customizable?
No, all outfits are sold in standard fit. You can refer to the size chart for measurements.
