3 Exchange & Return Policy

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including sale items. We have a no-refund policy.

To request an exchange:

• Contact our customer care team within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
• If approved, the customer is responsible for return and reshipment charges.
• If the product is defective or incorrect, please include a clear image of the item for faster assistance.

4 Shipping Policy

• Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 15–20 working days after order and payment confirmation.
• Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
• Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

5 Cancellation Policy
